Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to read our guides and reach us, whatever device or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and we treat accessibility as part of building the site, not an afterthought.
What we've done
- Semantic HTML with a clear heading structure, so screen readers can navigate pages.
- Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus state on links, buttons and form fields.
- High-contrast text on our dark theme, chosen to stay legible.
- A responsive layout that works from small phones to large screens, and text that reflows on zoom.
- Respect for the "reduce motion" setting — animations are minimised if you ask your device to reduce motion.
- Labelled form fields and clear error messages on our enquiry form.
Known limitations
We are a new site and keep improving. If you find a page or feature that is hard to use, we would genuinely like to know — it helps us fix it.
Tell us about a barrier
Email enquiries@harbourfirst.co.uk with the page and the problem, and we will do our best to help and to put it right. If you need information from the site in a different format, ask us and we will provide it.
Harbourfirst is an introducer, not an advisor. Nothing on this page or elsewhere on this site is legal, insolvency, financial or debt advice.
