Privacy notice

Draft — to be reviewed by a solicitor/DPO before going live. This is the Article 14 transparency notice referenced at first contact. Bracketed items are to be completed on incorporation.

Who we are. Harbourfirst [Ltd, company no. ●, registered office ●] ("we") connects directors of UK companies showing signs of financial difficulty with regulated professional advisers. Contact: [email] · [address].

Where we got your details

We work only from lawful sources: public registers — principally The Gazette and Companies House — and, where applicable, licensed commercial data providers or a professional adviser who referred you with your consent. We tell you the specific source in our first message to you.

What we hold and why

Who receives it

Only a regulated firm you have agreed to be introduced to. We do not sell data, and we do not share your details with anyone else except service providers under contract or where law requires.

How long we keep it

[Retention: e.g. 12 months from last interaction, or immediately upon objection.] If a petition against your company is dismissed or withdrawn, we close and cease using the record.

Your rights

You may object at any time — one email to [email] and we stop contacting you and suppress your details. You also have rights of access, rectification and erasure, and the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We are registered with the ICO [reg. no. ●].

Harbourfirst is an introducer, not an advisor. Nothing we say or send is legal or financial advice.
